WordThanks is a small independent site, so email reaches the person who actually edits it. Write to mike@frogstonemedia.com and you will normally hear back within a couple of business days.

What we would especially like to hear

• Corrections. If a page gets etiquette wrong, or a note reads badly in a situation we did not think through, tell us. Point at the page and we will fix it.
• Occasions we have missed. If you came looking for wording and left without it, that gap is worth more to us than almost any other feedback.
• Broken or out-of-date links, particularly on the gift guides, where products disappear without warning.

Permissions and reuse

You never need permission to send one of our notes to someone. For republishing or quoting beyond that, see the terms of use, then write to us if your case is not covered.

Press and partnerships

Use the same address and mention what you are working on. Note that we do not publish sponsored posts or paid link placements, which is set out in full on our disclosure page. Pitches of that kind will not get a reply.

Privacy

Requests about your data, including access and deletion, are handled through the same address. Our privacy policy explains what little we hold.
